Ellen was preceded in death by her father Will A. Purcell and mother Josephine Baldwin Purcell McDonald, one brother Curtis C. Purcell.  

Her memories will forever be cherished by:  Sons- John Marcus Ray, Michael O. Ray, of Raeford, NC and Henry Justin Ray of Fayetteville, NC. Grandchildren: Tyberious Ray, DeShawn Ray, Quinetta Ray, Rae Quan Ray, DeMarcus Ray and Javairee Ray. Four Sisters - Beulah Morrisey (Charles), Eulah Leach, all of Raeford, NC.  Yulla Hines (Grady) of Laurinburg, NC.  Three brothers Will A. Purcell (Jackolean), Alexander Purcell (Janet), of Raeford, NC, Roger H. Purcell of Laurinburg, NC and a host of nieces, cousins, nephews, family and friends.   Three special nieces, Chenita Purcell Clark, Ashley Hines and Amellia Purcell and a special granddaughter Arlicia Fairley  (Lee, Lee) will also cherishes her beautiful memories.
