Mr. Lindsey is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mindil Lindsey; children, Ashley N. Lindsey-Daye, Jerry F. Lindsey, Jr. and Tonella L. Lindsey; Parents, Ida Smith (Lindsey) and Leon Smith; sisters, Carolyn Christain, and Letha Dumas; brothers, Ronald Baldwin, Eddie Baldwin and Danny Baldwin; aunts, Larin Darby, Annie Johnson, Betty Spencer, Kenny Lindsey, Charlie Lindsey, John Lindsey; one grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends.
