Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort-2 Corinthians 1:3- . The death of a loved one leaves a heartache no one can heal, but love leaves a memory no one can steal. I pray that God will give you peace, comfort and strength as you go through this difficult time. I Love You.

To Mrs. Marilyn & the McKoy Family,
My prayers are with you all during this hour of bereavement. We will truly miss Reverend Tim McKoy! He was a pastor after God's own heart! Although, I did not have the opportunity of sitting under his Ministry at St. James, he truly had a hand in molding me in Ministry. Many times Rev. McKoy would allow me opportunities to exercise my gifts by delivering the Word of God on many occasions. Even when I began to pastor (Zion Hill AME Zion in Maxton and Mountain Grove AME Zion in Raeford) He was always willing and able to lend a helping hand or to offer a "Boost" in anyway possible! He did not have a judgmental heart towards anyone! He preached with the FIRE of the Holy Ghost, he will truly be missed! I just wanted to share those instances with you all during this time, I could go on and on and more descriptive, but due to the time I would stop there!
Be blessed and you all will be in prayers

Dear Marilyn, Marvin, Kim, & Michael, Grands & Great Grands
Words can not express what we are feeling right now. We know what he meant to you, but just think about what he meant to God. He was a great man of the most high God. He was honest and true, and thus says the words; "Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can not heal" Just look to the hills from which comes your help, surely the Lord will lead and guide you all the way. We are here for you.

Message from Jackie McKinnon-McLean
January 3, 2018 9:03 AM

Dear Marilyn, Marvin, Kim, & Michael,
We too are saddened by the loss of our cousin and God's servant. The heavens have rejoiced for the life and legacy of such an anointed and powerful man of God as Rev. Tim. He was so much apart of the Cunningham, Baldwin & McKinnon Family. We can never forget the love he always showed and gave us. He will be sorely missed but, we rejoice in knowing that earth hath no sorrow that heaven can't heal. Can't you just hear Tim saying, " I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing." 2Timothy 4:6-8
May God's blessings continue to abide with each of you, may His peace grant you the comfort in knowing that it is well with His soul and that Tim's legacy will live on throughout eternity. Amen.
The Cunningham- Baldwin and McKinnon Family. WE Love you!

I am sending my condolences to the family. When someone we love dies its very painful. But the Bible talks about God doing away with pain at Rev 21:4. May the God of comfort provide solace to your family at this time.
