Ms. Johnson is the daughter of the late, Olas McPhaul, Sr. and Odessa Purcell McPhaul. She is survived by her children, Hubert Tyrone Johnson and Jothensa Johnson; six grandchildren; sisters, Willie Delores Collins and Victoria Purcell; brothers, George Purcell, Olas McPhaul, Jr. and Weldon McPhaul and two grandchildren.
