Warren is survived by his mother, Gloria Buie Virgil; son, DeWarren Riggins (LaShonda); six grandchildren; brothers, Elvis Buie, Donnie Virgil, Marcus Virgil,James Ratliff, John Ratliff, Calvin Ratliff, Jeffrey Ratliff and Anthony Roper; sisters, Carmellia Ratliff; Sherrie Barlett, Towanda Ratliff and Stephanie Roper; aunts, Delilah Lawrence, Carrie McPherson (Roosevelt); great uncle, James Buie; great aunts, Dorothy McLaurin, Lula Adams, Alberta Adams and a very special friend, Geneva Ellerbee.
