Mrs. Annie Margaret McPhatter, age 74 of 1422 Rockfish Road, Raeford, NC passed on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Scotland Regional Hospice in Laurinburg, NC.  She is survived by her husband, Eric Lorenzo McPhatter; children, Vernessa McLaughlin, Kenneth Tillman, Kim Goode and Lorenzo McPhatter; sisters, Shirley McClendon, Peggy Baucom, Patricia Bennette, Lena Melton, Mary Dunlap; brothers, Roger Little, Haywood Rivers, Gilbert Tillman and a special friend, Joann Tillman; a host of other relatives and friends.
