Bishop George McKoy Obituary

Bishop George McKoy, age 89 transitioned on Sunday, April 5, 2020 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, North Carolina. He is the son of the late James and Sallie Mae McKoy. Bishop was married to the late Eldress Leetta McKoy.

Bishop McKoy is survived by his sister, Arletha McKoy; three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and his nephew, Kendrick Thomas, who was his care taker.

No public viewing will be held on Friday. A private family graveside service will be held for Bishop McKoy on Saturday, April 11, 2020; 11 AM at St. Mary's Church Cemetery in Red Springs, NC.
