Brian Singletary

Brian Singletary, son of the late Dorothy M. Singletary and Robert Graham was born on November 23, 1954, in Hoke County.  He entered his eternal rest on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

Brian received his education in Hoke County and graduated in 1973. He joined the U.S. Marine Corp and served his country after graduation.  He attended St. James United Church of God Raeford N.C.  He later moved to Maryland. His hobbies included classic cars and hunting.

He was married to Mary Delores Pierce and to this union one son Brian Singletary Jr. was born.    His son Brian Jr. and sister, Shirley McCall proceeded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife; Delores Pierce Singletary, two sisters; Mae McLaughlin and  Sharon Singletary  of Raeford, NC; two brother, Oral Singletary and Michael Graham of Raeford, NC; two brothers-in-laws, Carnell McCall and James Pierce of Raeford NC; three sisters in laws, Dahlia Singletary and Grace Pierce of Raeford, NC and Portia Pierce of Maryland; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

 A memorial service will be scheduled  at a later date.
