Ms. Carolyn Ann Smith, 53, transitioned on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at her home in Fayetteville, NC. She is the daughter of the late Daniel and Elizabeth Smith.

Ms. Smith leaves to cherish memories to her fiance', Rose Baker; sister, Sandra Smith; nieces, Monique Bell and Kimikko Wilson; nephews, Melvin Burks and Demetrius Dukes; eleven great nieces and nephews; one great great nephew.

Memorial services will be held in the chapel on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at 11:00 A.M.
