Mr. Franklin Stephens, age 83 transitioned from Earth to Glory on September 25, 2021. He is preceded in death by his sisters, Diane Stephens and Lillian Jackson. His daughter Laurie Stephens and Great Granddaughter Kimani Foster.
Mr. Stephens is survived by his wife, Christine Stephens. His beloved children: Darlene McNeil Smith, Donna Stephens Thomas, Sheri Stephens, and Rodney Stephens. Siblings: Linwood Stephens, Romus Stephens, Harry Stephens, Bobby Stephens, Bill Stephens, Benjamin Stephens, Ann Carolyn, Helen Curry and Gloria Carter.
Services will be held at the Buie Funeral Home Chapel on October 7, 2021 at 2:00 PM
