Jeffery Wilkerson Russell, Jr. transitioned on Monday, January 06, 2020.  Hew as born on July 13, 1988 to Mr. Jeffery Russell Sr. and Janet P. McCoy in Scotland County.  Jeffery graduated from Scotland County High School and was employed by Food Lion.  He was a member of McLauchlin Chapel AME Zion Church of Raeford, NC.  

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Shameka McEachin, children Zyaire McEachin and Zahari McEachin; Parents Jeffrey Russell, Sr. and Janet  McCoy; grandmother, Zula Mae Patterson; siblings, Katonya Harrington, Jamel Russell, Ciara Cranford, Sarai Russell, Portiala Lewis, Kenneth McCoy, Michael Allen, Monique Rush, Tonya Williams, Wallenia Thompson,  and Melissa Harrington; other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at McLauchlin Chapel AME Zion Church; 1 PM and burial will be in the church cemetery.
