Mr. Onteris Javar Owens-Campbell age, 19 departed this earthly life on December 29, 2023.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories his parents, Kimberly D. Campbell and James Harold Owens; siblings: Jiovanni McNeil, Kimera McNeil, Harold D. Owens, Sabeon N. Campbell along with a host of other family and friends. Onteris will be greatly missed.

The Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 13; 2:00 PM at the Cape Fear Conference B Headquarters.
