In compliance with Governor Roy Cooper’s “stay at home phase two”, executive order from the North Carolina Board of Funeral Service our firm will continue to provide professional, dignified, and compassionate service. Funerals, memorials, and graveside services will be conducted up to a maximum number of eighty (80) people with practical social distancing. We are taking the necessary measures to stay abreast of the requirements in order to prevent the spread of Covid 19. We are following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), the North Carolina Division of Public Health (NCDPH), the National Funeral Directors Association, as well as the North Carolina Board of Funeral Service and local health departments. Your health and safety as well as our own are of the utmost importance to us. We are implementing the following best practices to ensure the safety and well-being of the community and all who enter our building.
•Please call the office at (910)875-3700 before coming to handle any business. Only two people will be allowed in the office at a time.
•While in attendance, please make sure that you are wearing a mask and practice social distancing.
•Sanitizer is available
•No more than five (5) people will be allowed to view the deceased at any given time. Social distancing must be observed during this time also.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ENTERING IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
• Fever, Cough, Shortness of breath, Sore throat, Loss of taste or smell, and/or have had known exposure to someone with Covid 19 in the past 14 days.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL TIMES.
•Please exercise extreme caution if you are over the age of 65, have an underlying health condition including high blood pressure, chronic lung disease, diabetes, obesity, asthma or weakened immune system when attending a visitation, memorial or graveside service.
